A new hub in Jebel Ali adds a rapid inspection lab, pre-shipment sampling, and bonded storage to accelerate turnarounds and raise QA standards.
Jesr Al Nejah has opened a quality and inspection hub in Jebel Ali to support faster throughput and tighter QC for grains, sugar, rice, and edible oils. The facility integrates pre-shipment sampling, retained-sample archiving, and rapid testing for moisture, foreign matter, and other key parameters.\n\nBy combining bonded storage with on-site documentation control, the hub shortens the interval between vessel discharge and regional distribution. Customers benefit from standardized sampling protocols, clear pass/fail thresholds, and traceable lot coding tied to digital certificates.\n\nThe lab incorporates validated methods and calibrated equipment, with periodic proficiency testing to maintain accuracy. Clients may request additional checks—such as mycotoxin screening, fatty-acid profiles, or packaging integrity—for higher-risk cargoes.\n\nThe Jebel Ali hub is connected to our logistics partners for last-mile delivery across GCC markets, enabling tighter service-level agreements and fewer quality-related exceptions.
